Online Programming involves planned workouts based on their fitness goals, health history, and specific needs. Programming includes strength training & energy system development/ recovery days. Each program will have the option for supplemental fueling guidance.
3-Day Programming (3x/wk Lift, 2x Cardio/Recovery)
Great for those lifting for the first time, with busy schedules, or getting back into the groove!
2 complete rest days for optimal recovery
Each lifting session includes warm-up, cool down, and weight lifting segment tailored to the client’s lifting knowledge & abilities
ESD days focus on improving the cardiorespiratory systems, while Recovery days focus on mobility, extra attention to weaknesses, and/or working in a bit more lifting, depending on client goals

Online Hybrid Training (Partial Virtual & In-Person)
Loving your online sessions, but feeling like you need an additional push? If you live in the southwest Michigan area, or are willing to travel, have your trainer there to go over form & give feedback, provide new challenges, and encourage you along the way! Purchase a Hybrid Training Package, which allows you to do just that!

The Goal Alignment Session is your chance to virtually meet your trainer before you begin training! Talk about your needs & expectations, exercise experience, health & injury history, and any questions you have.
Work together to devise with a game plan for how to reach and exceed your goals in a timely manner, while having a great time!
