Fitness Enhancement Classes

Fitness Enhancement Classes will be taught with a focus on enhancing specific facets of fitness. Foci include HIIT & aerobic endurance, muscular strength & endurance, power, and focused modality training. 

Classes at Arise

  • Strength Circuit

    6:45-7:45pm Tuesday & Thursday evenings.

    Circuit-style semi-private classes, focusing on weightlifting (free weights, cables, bodyweight), abdominals, and cardio bursts!

    $30/semi-private class (Attend 1-2x/week)

    Class size limited: 8 attendees
